State of Downtown Denver

The State of Downtown Denver is a report that is published every July and is filled with timely, objective and accurate data about Downtown Denver. The Downtown Denver Partnership, with the support of the Downtown Denver Improvement District, creates this report to help tell the story of Dowtown Denver to leaders from the private sector and decision makers from the public sector.

Errata:
Below you will find corrections to the 2011 State of Downtown Denver report, printed edition. The downloadable version reflects these additions.

- Downtown Denver covers 1,800 acres (not 18 acres as listed on page 2).
- On page 10, it should read "La Alma/Lincoln Park" as one of Downtown Denver's neighborhoods.

The BID is a public organization funded by private commercial property owners. It funds cleaning & maintenance, safety initiatives and targeted marketing for Downtown Denver.
