Tamara ("Tami") leads four separate non-profit organizations under the umbrella of the Downtown Denver Partnership, one of the oldest and largest Downtown organizations in the country. Tami sits on six external boards of directors, and is Chairman of the Auraria Higher Education Center Board.

Amanda assists the President with scheduling and administrative responsibilities as needed. She also organizes and manages the Partnership’s three boards, and oversees the front desk position.

Claudia manages the front desk, referring calls to the appropriate staff, and managing Cash Key and FREX pass sales. She also assists staff with specific projects on an as needed basis.

Beth is responsible for retaining current members, responding to their inquiries and engaging them in member activities. She is also the project manager for member forums, coordinates the member directory, and manages the membership database.

Bryan is responsible for recruiting new members. He also provides support and assistance to the Senior Director of Economic Development, the Membership Manager and the Member Relations Specialist in their membership sales and retention efforts.

Brittany directs public policy, advocacy, government-relations and an array of public / private-sector projects for the Downtown Denver Partnership and the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District. She manages relationships with a broad stakeholder group, including the business community, public officials and non-profit organizations, as well as overseeing the Marketing and Communications Department.

Emily produces all DDP and BID marketing collateral, and maintains style guidelines for both entities. She coordinates all marketing for the Partnership’s public events and initiatives, including Winter in the City, 9NEWS Parade of Lights, Employee Appreciation Week and Skyline Park Events. Emily sits on VISIT DENVER’s Marketing Advisory Committee.

Jim oversees the Membership department and also focuses on business retention, expansion and recruitment efforts; retail and residential development; and the Partnership’s research activities. He also manages the Partnership’s Economic Development Council and Downtown Denver Leadership Program. Jim sits on the LoDo District Board and the Mayor's Workforce Investment Board.
Brian Phetteplace, Manager of Retail and Residential Development

Brian is engaged with Downtown residential and retail development, tracking the progress of under-construction and planned/proposed developments, and meets with developers, owners, investors and brokers. Brian manages the Partnership’s Housing Council and produces housing related events as part of the LiveDowntownDenver Campaign. Brian sits on the Golden Triangle Board of Directors.

John manages the Downtown Environment department, and serves as the key administrator for the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District. John is currently overseeing the redevelopment of Downtown’s Tremont District and leading efforts to enhance 14th Street, Downtown's "Ambassador Street."

Kate manages policies and initiatives that impact the Downtown pedestrian environment, including permitting and aesthetic improvements to the area that incorporate flowers, banners, holiday lights and more.

Kathy will be working on many projects and programs funded by the BID, specifically the Mall right of way program including the Mall vending program, banner poster flyer program and sidewalk café program. She will also provide support to the Downtown Environment Department by assisting with administrative tasks associated with the BID Board and holiday light program.

As the 16th Street Marketplace Manager, Ms. Rauba will direct the outdoor retail operation on the 16th Street Mall, including retailer recruitment and attraction, promotions and marketing, activation and policy enforcement.

Susan manages the Operations in the Business Improvement District to assure that the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District is clean, safe and attractive. She oversees the BID maintenance contracts, supervises the Downtown Service Coordinators, works closely with public agencies involved in Downtown operational issues and manages the Ambassador Program.

Charlie works with Dave Ballinger to serve as the eyes and ears of DDP/BID on the street, enforcing regulations and working with property owners, outreach workers and ambassadors to ensure Downtown is safe, clean and vibrant. Charlie sits on the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless Forum Housing Board of Directors, the Golden Triangle Association Good Neighbor Committee, Rotary District 5450 Rotary/Peace Corps Alliance and District Project Coordination Committees and is the Chair of International Projects for the LoDo Rotary Club.
Cassie Milestone, Urban Planning and Sustainability Manager

Cassie is responsible for managing or participating in all of the urban planning processes that directly affect Downtown, as well as sustainability, urban design and development projects that promote economic development and enhance the pedestrian environment in Downtown. She also serves as project manager for the Rocky Mountain West Urban Leadership Symposium, a regional urban policy event supporting communication and collaboration among the Rocky Mountain West’s urban centers.

Aylene tracks policies and initiatives that impact access to/from/around Downtown Denver, and develops programs that incentivize individuals to use sustainable modes of transportation. She also manages the Partnership’s Urban Exploration program and the Transportation and Development Council. Aylene is a co-chair of the Mayor's Parking Commissionand also sits on the Mayor's Bicycle Advisory Committee.
Cole E. Judge, Downtown Research CoordinatorCole analyzes information collected by the Partnership and our external partners to support the Partnership’s place-based economic development initiatives, including the State of Downtown Denver, Downtown Denver Commuter Survey, Parking Inventory, Pedestrian Counts and Bicycle Counts. Cole also manages the collection of information for the Partnership’s Map & Directory.
Aneka Patel, Transportation Outreach Coordinator
Aneka works closely with Downtown Denver employers to implement programs and create marketing materials that incentivize and encourage Downtown Denver employees to use sustainable modes of transportation. She also coordinates the collection of Downtown Denver parking information and manages the dissemination of that information to the general public.

Susan oversees the Partnership’s signature special events including A Taste of Colorado, 9News Parade of Lights, the Southwest Rink at Skyline Park, New Year’s Eve Fireworks, Grand Illumination and Skyline Park Events. Her department is also responsible for DDP's Annual Meeting and the Downtown Denver Annual Awards Dinner. Susan manages Downtown Denver Events, Inc., the Partnership’s public events arm and sits on the board and executive committee of the MetroDenver Sports Commission.
Lorinn C. Rhodes, Event Operations Manager

Lorinn serves as the Partnership’s project manager for the Southwest Rink at Skyline Park, New Year’s Eve Fireworks, Downtown’s Grand Illumination and Skyline Park events. She also assists with operations for the Parade of Lights and consults with other event producers to encourage and attract events to Downtown Denver and to Skyline Park. Currently, Lorinn is developing a new event for downtown, “Make Music Denver”, which will combine scheduled musical performances and public participation in a celebration of music throughout Downtown. (“Make Music Denver” is part of an international day of music, scheduled for June 21, 2012)
Nneka Johnson, Event Development Manager

Nneka develops and implements funding strategies for events, including the fundraising campaign for the annual Parade of Lights. She also assists with event sponsor fulfillment. She manages the venues and logistics for the Partnership’s business meetings and events and also serves as the DDP staff liaison for the Downtown Denver Annual Awards Jury. Nneka sits on the board of Community Shares Colorado.

Jen manages “Your Keys to the City”, an interactive art program featuring pianos placed on the 16th Street mall for public use. In addition, she oversees the reservations and ticket sales for the Annual Meeting and Downtown Denver Annual Awards Dinner and assists with coordination and marketing for all of the Partnership’s signature special events, including community programming for the Parade of Lights.

Alex provides administrative support in accounts payable/ receivable for the BID and DDP. She is charge of processing payroll and allocating staff time per the annual budget. Alex maintains tracking of contracts for the BID and DDP. She works with new employee set up and companywide benefits. Alex also assists in IT and other Human Resource duties.
